Network and Desktop Support
Our network and desktop IT support service is here to provide you with proactive as well as reactive support of your school or businesses IT managed service. This service is covered by the online helpdesk as well onsite visits. The number of visits depends on the SLA option our client has chosen to sign up to.
We cover all operating systems including Microsoft, Google and Apple. Every visit includes software updates, backup checks and vault fixing. We will also advise on upgrades where necessary.
Network infrastructure is also covered with support of all wired and wireless systems and full server support for Microsoft Server 2008 – Server 2016. We also support Google Networks using the Google Management Console.
